The 5 Best Podiatrists in London for Feet That Feel Fantastic

  • Treatment Specialisations - Matching your specific condition to the right expert saves you time and discomfort. Our team looked at whether each clinic handles routine care, sports injuries, or complex diabetic foot management.

  • Diagnostic Technology - Accurate treatment plans rely on good diagnostic tools. We checked if these clinics use advanced equipment like 3D scanners or musculoskeletal ultrasounds to get to the root of the problem.

  • Pricing and Insurance - Understanding what you'll pay upfront prevents unpleasant surprises at the reception desk. The review process included looking at consultation fees and direct billing options for major insurance providers.

  • Accessibility and Convenience - We noted which clinics offer home visits, weekend appointments, or multiple branches across the city.

Foot pain can turn a simple walk to the tube station into a daily struggle. If you ignore a persistent ache or a recurring ingrown nail, the problem can lead to bigger mobility issues down the line.

If you’re dealing with a chronic sports injury or just need routine foot care, you need a specialist who can accurately diagnose the problem.

And since finding the best podiatrist in London takes time, we verified clinic credentials, compared treatment lists, and checked pricing structures across the city. Now, here’s a breakdown of the top clinics and what each one does best.

How much does a podiatrist cost in London?

Booking a podiatrist in London typically costs between £75 and £150 for your first consultation, with additional costs for other podiatric services.

Hours: Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM; Sunday, 11:30 AM–6:00 PM

Their podiatrists are also trained to safely manage neurological and circulatory conditions in diabetic patients.

Beyond routine foot care, the clinic uses 2D laser scanning technology to assess your feet. This detailed scan helps the team create bespoke orthotics that fit comfortably into your everyday footwear.

That said, this location isn’t focused entirely on clinical podiatry. Additionally, their Sunday hours are limited.

Even so, this clinic is a solid option if you want complete foot care in a relaxed setting.

Pros

  • Comprehensive medical pedicures

  • Diabetic foot care specialists
  • Practitioner registration provided upfront

Cons

Hannah inspired confidence and gave me much helpful advice regarding my podiatry issues

Hannah inspired confidence and gave me much helpful advice regarding my podiatry issues.  She is delightful and really interested in her clients well-being.   She has an in-depth knowledge of her profession and gave me a most wonderful medical pedicure.

Definitely recommend

I have looked for somewhere that combines ‘medical’ podiatry with nail polishing for a long time and have finally found Margaret Dabbs who offer both and to a very high standard in an excellent venue (Liberty’s). Definitely recommend.

360-podiatry

Website: https://360podiatry.com/

Address: Office 6, Hurlingham Studios, Ranelagh Gardens

Contact: 07387 372517; [email protected]

Hours: Monday–Wednesday, 8:00 AM–7:30 PM; Thursday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM; Saturday–Sunday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

360 Podiatry provides evidence-based care both at their clinic and in your home.

A client who booked a home visit when her heel pain flared up said the podiatrist arrived promptly with sterile, disposable instruments.

Along with home visits, the team treats issues such as fungal nails and diabetic wounds, including laser therapy when needed.

The clinic also uses an ultrasonic bath and autoclave cycle to clean reusable tools, helping maintain strict hygiene standards. Just like physiotherapy, expert guidance can make it easier to manage pain and support recovery.

The main drawback is the extra cost for home visits if you live farther away.

Still, residents in Southwest London can benefit from clear guidance and safe treatment at home.

Pros

  • Evidence-based care at home
  • Fungal nail laser therapy
  • Swift verruca treatments
  • Strict sterilisation protocols

Cons

  • Higher costs for distant home visits

Contact: 020 3576 0630; [email protected]

Hours: Monday, 12:00 PM–7:00 PM; Tuesday–Wednesday, 8:30 AM–7:00 PM; Thursday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM; Sunday, 10:00 AM–2:30 PM

Even so, athletes looking for thorough sports injury rehabilitation can benefit from the team’s detailed gait retraining and personalised approach.

  • Biomechanical and gait assessments
  • Direct billing for major insurers

Cannot recommend her highly enough!

I have been seeing Paola for chiro and podiatry for over a decade now. She is incredibly knowledgeable and stays up to date on all the latest techniques and equipment, so I always feel like I’m in the safest of hands. She has helped me through some truly awful periods of excruciating back and neck pain 🙏 Her clinic is spotlessly clean and Paola herself is warm, kind, attentive and strong! I always recommend her to friends who are having issues. Cannot recommend her highly enough!

Thank you 🙂

Great service, Paola is wonderful, knowledgable, and very kind. The clinic was very nice and clean, everything went smoothly & the treatment was very clear. Since the appointment, I’ve really appreciated the follow-up support as I know I can reach out if anything comes up. Thank you 🙂

If I have any issues in the future I will be sure to see her again!

I had a really excellent experience being treated by Christiana Evripidou, I highly recommend seeing her, she took her time to provide the best care possible and resulted in 100% resolution. If you need a podiatrist I cannot think of anyone better to see. If I have any issues in the future I will be sure to see her again!

It’s all cured and treated now and I’m very grateful of her help

Top notch service from Christiana. She is caring and attended to my needs and concerns. I am extremely sensitive to any sort of pain so it’s helpful to have her calmed me down and she was very patience. In several occasions she would schedule an appointment last minute for unpredicted condition. It’s all cured and treated now and I’m very grateful of her help.
