London Rubbish Ltd is particularly useful when arranging a skip isn’t practical. Their wait-and-load service can save you from dealing with skip permits, difficult street parking, or extra council container fees.
The large 16-yard tipper lorries are another advantage. They can handle major commercial strip-outs and overgrown gardens without much trouble.
I also like that they take scrap cars and deal with the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA) Certificate of Destruction (CoD), so you don’t have to handle that paperwork yourself.
One thing to keep in mind is their standard daytime operating hours. If you need an overnight office clearance, their schedule may not suit your needs.

They hold a full waste carrier licence and can also deal with confidential office waste securely. That gives them a broader range of services than a standard waste collection company.
Their fleet is useful too. It includes smaller vans as well as 7.5-ton lorries, so they can match the vehicle to the size of the job.
I also like that they recycle or reuse more than 80% of the waste they collect.
However, their Woodford Green depot does mean South London customers may face longer waiting times. Covering the whole capital can also mean traffic delays during busy weekday periods.
I would definitely use again.
Contacted Clear It Waste to arrange rubbish removal. Despite contacting them after 9pm on a day between Christmas and New Year, I had a response within minutes to assess the collection and agree likely cost and collection date. They were also really accommodating when I needed to slightly move the time slot. The guys arrived within the time window and removed the rubbish really quickly and efficiently and for a good price.
