Delivered in 4 working days. Phone the day before to arrange delivery and phoned on the day of delivery with a half hour time slot. They arrived within that time.
They removed the old mattress and had to manoeuvre the new mattress up a tight staircase. They managed perfectly. Two very pleasant men.
