The studio is cool, well equipped and easy to get to

Had a great experience at Nelo Wellness  Bermondsey reformer Pilates class. Our instructor,  Filomena, helped us to get the most out of the session with clear direction. The studio is cool, well equipped and easy to get to. I really enjoyed the class.

The direction was very professional in the way it let you set your own pace

Really great Reformer Pilates studio. I was welcomed with a smile by the instructor Filomena who certainly knows her stuff. I did a lunchtime session and there was only two if us so it was almost the same as private tuition. The studio is very clean and tidy and the direction was very professional in the way it let you set your own pace of how hard to push yourself. It’s great value for the taster session and the regular packages look good too. Definitely Recommend.

The space is beautiful, clean and super well maintained

I absolutely loved this reformer Pilates studio. The space is beautiful, clean and super well maintained, which already gives such a good feeling when you walk in. The machines are in perfect condition and the whole environment feels calm but motivating at the same time.

The class itself was amazing, you really feel the work in your body but in a controlled and elegant way. It’s the kind of workout that makes you feel stronger and more connected with your body after just one session.

The atmosphere is very welcoming, not intimidating at all, whether you’re a beginner or experienced.

The class was a good mix of challenging and enjoyable

I really enjoyed my class at Restart Reformer Pilates London. The studio feels clean, modern and very welcoming.

I also liked the overall vibe — calm, organised and professional.

Feeling super supported the whole time

Amazing first experience, I came a friend and we were both relatively new to Pilates – especially reformer. Arabelle walked us through the studio and the necessities for the class, immediately feeling super comfortable and looked out for; checking back in with us after the class too to see how we felt. Then Holly was our instructor for the class, super friendly, observant and clear throughout the whole experience. Made the whole thing way less scary, feeling super supported the whole time (all while completely feeling the burn). Could not recommend more, top tier customer service, we will be back.

I love the combination of reformer and mat Pilates

I really enjoy the FS8 classes. I love the combination of reformer and mat Pilates and also the use of dumbbells. It’s a spacious and modern studio with screens across the room showing you demonstrations of each exercises. The staff are are great and informative. Would definitely recommend!

Clinical precision and elite movement coaching define the intimate setting inside The Pilates Studio.

The owner is a certified Body Arts and Science International (BASI) faculty member and scoliosis specialist who trains instructors in careful postural alignment.

That focus carries into the studio’s classes, where you can book mixed apparatus sessions using the Cadillac, Wunda Chair, and Ladder Barrel for comprehensive cross-body work.

A friend of mine also shared that the studio’s restorative sessions helped relieve her chronic hip tightness. For regular reformer classes, groups stay small with just five participants per room, giving you more focused attention.

The downside is that you must finish ten foundational sessions before the studio lets you book their advanced classes.

Pros

  • BASI faculty and scoliosis specialist coaching
  • Very small class sizes capped at five people
  • Full suite of classical equipment available
  • Specialised prenatal and postnatal private care

Cons

  • Mandatory ten beginner classes before advanced level

The small, intimate-sized classes are fantastic

As a first time mom I struggled to find a Pilates studio that allowed me to bring my baby and also classes that actually worked and made me feel great. That was until I joined the Pilates studio. Starting my week here with the baby Pilates is literally a highlight of my day. The small intimate sized classes are fantastic as they give you the confidence you need to enjoy the class but also have good form. Plus you have the added bonus of being welcomed every session by poppy (cutest dog ever). I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place !!!!!

The small class sizes are brilliant

Started here completely new to Pilates a few months ago – right from the get go the team were so welcoming, supportive and inclusive. All of the instructors have been great and have taken the time to support with injuries or correct form to ensure I’m getting the most out of the class. The small class sizes are brilliant and the studio itself is clean, calm and enjoyable! Would throughly recommend The Pilates Studio, I love coming here!

5. Sentiré Pilates Belgravia

Ultra-boutique attention makes Sentiré Pilates Belgravia stand out, thanks to their strict four-person cap on every semi-private reformer class.

That small class size complements the teaching team’s expertise. The instructors have specialised degrees in physiotherapy, sports science, and kinesiology, so they can provide detailed technical feedback throughout each session.

Their light-filled studio also features custom apparatus, including spine correctors, alongside luxury showers and an organic café bar. Better yet, the team wipes down and sanitises your equipment after every drill, so you won’t have to clean up before leaving.

  • Luxury amenities and custom apparatus
  • Equipment sanitised after every drill

Cons

  • Peak evening slots book quickly

The whole staff was friendly, attentive, and professional

Today I attended a Pilates class with Bety at Sentiré, and I had a great experience. The studio is beautiful, very welcoming, and the machines look extremely professional. The whole staff was friendly, attentive, and professional from the moment I arrived.

Betty was amazing — the class was very useful and she gave a lot of corrections and personal attention throughout the session. She definitely made me work hard, but I also had a lot of fun. I really appreciated all the helpful tips she gave me. I left feeling stronger, motivated, and excited to come back. Highly recommended!

The proper form made my sessions highly effective

This is the most beautiful Pilates studio I have ever visited.  Wow!  I had the privilege to work out with a number of instructors and they are all highly skilled and professional. Their correction and attention to the proper form made my sessions highly effective. The studio also features a matcha and espresso bar.  The drink serves as my post workout reward. The area near the studio, Eccleston Yard, is a.nice retreat too.  From now on, whenever I am in London, I will make sure to book Sentire Pilates!
