The 5 Best Facials in London for Skin That Steals the Spotlight

  • Treatment Customisation: We looked for clinics that actually adapt their methods to your unique skin type. A personalised approach almost always delivers better results than a generic facial.

  • Expertise and Credentials: You want highly trained professionals touching your face. We checked whether the aestheticians hold relevant certifications and solid industry experience.

  • Atmosphere and Comfort: Getting a facial should feel relaxing and safe. We prioritised spaces that offer a calm environment free from loud street noise.

  • Value for Money: High prices don't always guarantee great service. We compared each facial's cost with the visible results and overall client care.

Your skin goes through a lot every single week. City pollution and long working hours can leave your complexion looking dull.

But with so many clinics around, you may find it overwhelming to choose the right skincare clinic. You need a place that matches your exact needs and skin type.

To help you, we’ve explored some top-rated clinics to see which ones actually deliver real results. Now, read on to meet the best facial spots in London!

Contact: 07793 401937 / [email protected]

Hours: Monday–Friday 8:00 am–8:00 pm; Saturday–Sunday 9:00 am–5:00 pm

Covent Garden Skin Clinic offers bespoke facials tailored to your skin’s needs that day. They combine advanced skincare with a calm, unhurried approach.

You can choose from treatments such as lymphatic drainage massages and radiofrequency toning. Expectant mothers can also book a gentle pregnancy facial using suitable products.

One client we spoke with recently booked a session before a big event and said their lifting facial left their jawline looking noticeably more defined.

The aestheticians take their time during each appointment, making the experience feel relaxed rather than rushed.

However, the clinic focuses heavily on advanced treatments, so they may not be the right fit if you’re after a simple cleanse.

Getting to central Covent Garden can also take extra travel time if you live farther out.

Pros

  • Creates bespoke signature facials
  • Offers lifting and sculpting treatments
  • Provides safe pregnancy facials
  • Uses an unhurried holistic approach

Cons

  • Too advanced for basic facial needs

Customer Reviews

Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone!

I have had the signature facial and an enzyme peel with Sharon. Both treatments were excellent – my skin looked amazing afterwards. The facial is lovely and relaxing as you get a quick massage whilst the products are working. Sharon is so knowledgeable and passionate about skin care but also really down to earth and lovely. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone!

I left with my skin looking as glowy as ever

This was my first time going and I decided I was in much need of a facial. Sharon was AMAZING. She explained the entire process of the signature facial. I told her all of my skin concerns and she gave me a step-by-step routine, product recommendations and reasons for why my skin is the way it is. I left with my skin looking as glowy as ever, along with a better idea of how I should move going forward with my skincare routine.

2. Donna Ryan Facialist

donna-ryan-facialist

Website: https://www.donna-ryan.com/

Address: 7 Manchester Square, Marylebone

Contact: Contact via consultation booking

Hours: By appointment only

Donna Ryan Facialist focuses on holistic treatments designed to support your skin barrier. Founded by holistic aesthetician Donna Ryan, the clinic uses Gua Sha (a traditional Chinese healing tool) alongside modern skin science to restore your glow.

Her treatments work deeper into the tissues to release tension and support overall skin health. You can try the ultimate hydration oxygen facial for a refreshed complexion, while Celluma LED therapy helps calm persistent inflammation.

But because she runs the clinic herself, you’ll need to plan ahead to secure a booking. Visits are also by appointment only, which limits options for spontaneous clients.

Still, her understanding of facial anatomy adds a thoughtful touch to each treatment.

Pros

  • Blends Eastern techniques with modern science
  • Specialises in advanced Gua Sha massages
  • Offers deep hydration oxygen facials
  • Uses LED therapy for inflammation

Cons

  • Operated by a single practitioner
  • Strictly limited to appointment-only visits

Customer Reviews

I’ve been having facials with her for about 3 years now and always have such a great experience

I feel blessed to have found Donna. I’ve been having facials with her for about 3 years now and always have such a great experience. I originally found her because I was looking for a more holistic approach to beauty and skincare and she really knows her stuff.

Her gua sha and Bucca facials are truly amazing, really relaxing but you also see the results. My face always feels less tense, more lifted and glowing afterwards and it definitely helps with puffiness too. I always see a big improvement under my eyes.

I’ve never had a facial like the one she gave me

Donna Ryan is amazing. I’ve never had a facial like the one she gave me. My skin felt clean, my jaw relaxed, I slept like a baby (almost immediately) afterwards. Her beautiful treatment room feels like a London fashionista’s secret, accessed by several flights of stairs in a stunning Marylebone square. Ladies, wear flat shoes and prepare to feel incredibly zen afterwards.

They’re also closed on Sundays, which can make weekend appointments harder to arrange.

Pros

  • Targets underlying causes of skin issues
  • Offers advanced microneedling treatments

Cons

  • Deters those who just want a quick facial

Amazing, loveee the service and how homey it feels

Amazing, loveee the service and how homey it feels. Its so clean and they offer you drinks when you arrive. My skin already feels amazing just after 1 treatment.I love how they talk you through what skincare products work best for your skin, give you recommendations as well as also offering the facial treatments.

All of the girls I have seen have been amazing skin therapists

I have been back and had another great experience and facial! The girls here continue to give such a great service and vibe! The results are amazing and speak for themselves and if you follow your advise with skincare the results last! The facial I have is the herbal peel and it can be intense for some but I’m the few who actually like the pain! It is a favourite and all of the girls I have seen have been amazing skin therapists

I highly recommend Natasha! She’s incredibly kind, attentive, and thorough. She always listens carefully to my concerns and consistently finds the best solutions. I feel completely at ease during our sessions, so much so that I sometimes even fall asleep!

My skin looks and feels great today

I had my luminfusion facial with Tash, she was so knowledgeable and professional. I really enjoyed my facial I felt very relaxed and appricated Tash answering any questions I had as well as showing me some recommendations for my skin. I have booked in to see her again in a few weeks, so will definitely be going back. My skin looks and feels great today really suggest you book with Tash and the dermologica team for a facial at Libertys.

Customer Reviews

She was incredibly helpful in transforming my breakout-prone skin

I have been seeing Saoirse at Kate Kerr London for clinical facials each month for over a year now. Over my nine month engagement period leading up to my wedding, she was incredibly helpful in transforming my breakout-prone skin so that I felt confident and beautiful on my wedding day.

I’ve been having regular clinical facials at Kate Kerr London for over 4 years now and am really happy with the result

I’ve been having regular clinical facials at Kate Kerr London for over 4 years now and am really happy with the results! Previously I would jump on whatever latest fad / hype product was in vogue but didn’t really know what I was doing. At Kate Kerr, I’ve had a tailored and straightforward plan from the start, supported with clinical facials every 5-or-so weeks. I do believe the consistency of this approach, alongside a few select aesthetic treatments (IPL & chemical peels), have done wonders for my complexion.
